The American incarceration rate has reached a new high. Now more than one man in every hundred is in prison. For those who have checked my streaming video you will have noticed that I start off every video pointing out the high incarceration rate of men. I started filming in 1993 and at that time the number of men in prison was just over one million. That was a 400% increase over 1976. We now have 2.4 million men in prison. And what are we doing about it? Are we just waiting at home for the KGB to knock on our door and take us away? Perhaps not. Instead we might be so grateful that we are living in the land of the free—the land that has the highest incarceration rate in the world and more men in prison than China and India combined—that we do not even notice this infringement on our liberties. We have passed the point of living like the people in George Orwell’s 1984; we have moved to the level of Huxley’s Brave New World—we love our captors. Anyone who says anything about our captors is un-American. For those who believe in working within the system, putting people in jail is what the system does. It has been doing this on a consistent basis ever since the Great Society legislation of the 1960’s. It is a way of life in America. And this high rate of incarceration is occurring in good economic times. What will happen when the economy finally collapses and unemployment becomes rampant? Apparently we’ll just wait and see. The lack of response to my last Message From Elder George would indicate that to be the prevailing viewpoint. We’ll just wait. Maybe it’ll go away. Maybe they won’t get me or my family. If it hasn’t gone away in the last 50 years, but instead has gotten worse, why would anyone expect things to get better? We live in a society that has opted for the rule of government instead of the rule of men. The way governments maintain their rule is to put men in prison. They do this by enacting increasingly onerous laws and then arresting those who transgress those laws. If we don’t want men to be put in jail in increasing numbers we have to start ruling ourselves. That means working outside of the system. There is only one organization that offers a solution outside of the system. It’s called Men’s Action to Rebuild Society. It’s not an organization that is going to make change for you; it’s an organization that will give you the opportunity to help change your circumstances with those who believe as you do. Men’s Action requires more than your support; it requires your involvement. It means getting rid of the expectation that an outside force will better your life. It means that you are responsible for your life and the greater community. This is not done through government but through patriarchy and the care of family. It means fulfilling your manly responsibilities. There are no dues at men’s Action, but it is expected that you will promote the message that you believe in, which is done by distributing our book and booklets. I suggested a starter supply of two books and two sets of booklets, one for your self and one for an interested person. You can invest in change or wait for the knock at the door. E.G.
The primaries saw Hillary Clinton retain her core supporters—women—especially white women. Obama might make a few inroads in some states, but in the aggregate they belong to Hillary. They form the core of feminism and believe they can do anything a man can do, but better. They adhere to socialist dogma. She promised to empower them. They are hers. Why as a group do white women belong to Hillary? Why not Asian or African women? The fundamental nature of women does not change because of where they were born or the color of their skin; like flowers they will grow according to the environment in which they are raised. The values that white women received came from the white man. He raised them. He created them. He delivered them to socialism. Some 2,500 years ago Western man having a feminine and materialistic orientation and not understanding the natural order of patriarchy, created government and gave it authority to take over the details of the care of people while he devoted himself to the pursuit of material acquisition and rearrangement. Western man has succeeded in his quest for material gain to a level beyond his dreams. He made the world that we see. Everywhere we turn we see a rearrangement of the earth’s resources into shapes fashioned by Western man whether the tiny microchip or the massive edifices that dot the skylines all over the world. He created these products first through acquisition and then through rearrangement. In starting on the road to acquisition, Western man traveled throughout the world and received a warm welcome and hospitality from those whom he visited. In South and Central America the Incas, Aztecs, and Mayans all welcomed him. In North America the indigenous tribes all welcomed him. In Africa and Asia he received warm welcomes wherever he landed. Even in China during the reign of the Mongols he received gracious hospitality and visited the court of the Kublai Khan. In return for the hospitality he received worldwide Western man took the land from his hosts and made them slaves and then peasants upon it. The Maoris in Hawaii exist at the bottom of the American economic ladder. In South America the indigenous people are referred to as those “Indians” and have little influence in the operation of their governments or economies. In North America those “Indians” live on reservations. The tribal ways of the African have for the most part been destroyed and Western interests control the land. Asia is divided into two economic environments devised by Western man—communism and capitalism—both of which have destroyed the cultural and social structure of their lands in the process of opening them up for economic exploitation. After acquiring access to the lands of the world either through military or economic conquest Western man then proceeded to rearrange the landscape to make the acquisition of material easier, whether animal, vegetable, or mineral. Western man leveled mountains, changed the course of rivers, and cut a swath through jungles. He endured extremes of heat, cold, hardship and privation. His accomplishments often came at the price of his own life. His success in rearranging the material assets of mother earth cannot be overstated. He made increased goods and services available to an ever-expanding world population. The rearrangement of the material world affected the landscape and its inhabitants adversely. Tribal boundaries became altered or obliterated. People were removed from their ancestral homes and relocated to strange environments. Traditional farming, fishing, and hunting were disrupted and/or eliminated. Tribal and family structures were torn apart and cultural traditions were eradicated. All human activity became subservient to the rearrangement of the earth’s resources, which created an incredible degree of pollution. The air that man breathed, the water he drank, and the food he ate became polluted and not infrequently his body could no longer assimilate these poisoned natural requirements to health. While preoccupied with the process of rearranging the earth’s material, the institutions that Western man had established to take over his God-given responsibilities grew in size, authority, and power. The governments that he created had life controlling authority over him. The grossly materialistic religions he created also had life controlling authority, as did the law that he created, then medicine, and then science. International banking became the final authority that controlled all the other authorities. The institutions that Western man created now controlled him. Whatever issue developed in his life, he was required to go to one of these authorities that he created for its resolution. He had legislated away all his manly authority. He reduced himself to an automaton worker. He became a jackass on the treadmill of production and had about as much authority over his own life as the jackass did over its. His own physical environment became altered just as he had altered the physical environment of the rest of the world. Networking with people replaced visiting with family and friends, and the pursuit of material gain dictated where he lived, worked, and recreated. Getting back to Hillary and Western women, they naturally flocked to a power that purported to take care of them since their men had relinquished their authority and allowed the pollution of the minds and bodies of women in the same way that he polluted mother earth. If the only function of Western man was to make money, his women decided they could do that too, and didn’t need him—a reasonable conclusion within their limited material outlook. Besides, he had already given them the vote and they outnumbered him; in essence they controlled the government that he created. Western man lost his helpmate. She stayed with him at her whim. She did not need him in the material socialistic environment he created. He also lost his children. Even when they resided with him they were the property of the government he created. Government decided the healthcare the children must receive, the education that they would be exposed to and the discipline that they could be subjected to. It would take its child and give it to some other person or persons to care for if its criteria were not maintained. The government administered severe punishment to the man who did not acknowledge its sovereignty over his personal and family life. He sat in prison for “crimes’ such as false accusations of rape, sexual harassment, or physical abuse. He received sentences for kidnapping his own children, and for not paying child support to children that someone else had fathered. Justice eluded him in a system designed for the material administration of society. Western man found himself in a dilemma that he created. He had enslaved himself just as he had enslaved those whose lands he had taken. He had no institution or person to contact to help him out of the dilemma. All of the institutions he had created contributed to his enslavement. He had nowhere to turn. He complained about his condition and wrote about it extensively but to no avail. Firstly, he offered no solutions; he only addressed effects. Secondly, the audience that he wrote to was in a similar condition and could only commiserate but could change nothing. He tried various escape mechanisms such as entertainment, sports (which was rapidly becoming entertainment), substance abuse, pornography, and gambling. The euphoria of these palliatives gave him but short respite from facing his dilemma. What could he do? Where could he turn? He remembered from his religious text the words “Unless a man be reborn” which was the spiritual way of saying, “The thinking that created a problem cannot be used to solve that problem.” A man must be reborn in all things that he hopes to change. He needed new thinking—completely new. He also remembered the words, “The kingdom of God is not in one place or another; the kingdom of God is within.” That was it. He had spent his life looking out at the material world and it was now crumbling before his eyes. He needed to change his focus to that which was within, to the unseen, which is the purview of men. The seen is transitory, whereas the unseen is permanent. Also, the unseen controls the seen, which is the fundamental basis of patriarchy—those who deal with the unseen (men) provide the environment for those who deal with the seen (women). What could he do with this new self-knowledge? How could it be applied to society? Whom would he contact for support?
Our society personalizes and materializes every bit of knowledge and truth that it comes across. While this is the natural characteristic of the feminine principle it nevertheless, disturbs me that nothing can be seen through masculine eyes or even considered with a gender perspective. While ruminating over this matter I realized that even the transition into the Age of Aquarius has been heralded through feminine, passive, and materialistic thought—It’s something wonderful that will just happen to make the world “nice” while we just sit on our behinds and wait for the event. The transit from the Piscean age into the Aquarian age is a gender dynamic that I have not seen anyone address, most likely because we live in society that has little understanding of the universal principle of gender. While I have only a layman’s understanding of astrology and astronomy, I do understand the universal dynamics of gender and believe I would be remiss to our organization and the propagation of its message if I did not relate this transition from one age to the other, to gender. The Aquarian Age has received much attention during the past 50 years since its public introduction into society by the hippy movement. The song The Dawning of the Age of Aquarius, theater presentations, magazine articles, art exhibits, and books have trumpeted the coming of the new age. Astrology, numerology, clairvoyance, mysticism, the occult, holistic healing, shamanism, and palmistry have the designation of “new age” subjects, even though they have existed since the beginning of our present age. Some say the Aquarian Age began 50 years ago, some say it began in 2000, and others say it is 500 years away. Regardless of whose calculations are correct, the slipping of the Solar system backward into another zodiacal sign occurs about every 2,300 years and is called its precession. We have been in the Piscean Age for the past 2,000 years or so and are now experiencing the ending of that age in preparation for the “new age’ of Aquarius. The sign Pisces is a feminine, mutable, water sign. The code name given to Pisces by astrologers is “I believe.” The Christian era, which began at the beginning of the Piscean age emphasized water (baptisms, fish, and fisherman), and salvation through faith (belief). The Piscean personality being mutable and feminine receptive, requires authority figures for it to function properly. All aspects of Western society are built upon authority whether, religious, governmental, legal, medical, educational or scientific. The Western influenced Piscean society has no ability to resolve problems or issues. Feminine characteristics respond to conditions, adapt to them, and express their feelings about them; they do not change them. Hence the writers and speakers of today elaborate on the wrongs of society but are unable to articulate what needs to be done to bring about positive change. All of the political parties and activists are impotent. They have no ideas. The self-emasculated Western male’s ability to lead has been destroyed. The change that people desire will not take place. Without masculine direction chaos develops. Consequently the authority structure of Western society keeps enacting more laws and becomes increasingly involved in the private lives of people in order to maintain some semblance of order. Yet with each usurpation of individual control a new need develops for still more authoritative influence. Western society is close to the point of complete tyranny; which will be the final form of government before its total and complete demise. Fortunately the Age of Aquarius is dawning. The sign Aquarius is a masculine, fixed, air sign. The code name given to Aquarius is “I know.” The Aquarian personality only accepts what it can understand or experience. As an air sign it emphasizes the intellect, and as a fixed sign it is goal oriented and exhibits the constancy and reliability necessary to bring about these goals. The Aquarian psyche has a universal outlook and will work for the betterment of humankind. As a masculine sign it has the ability to deal with the unseen and the virility to initiate change. The Western concept of the dawning of the Age of Aquarius envisions an increase of the feminine influence, the feeling of the pulse of mother earth, and the equality of the sexes (with the women being just a little more equal). Instead, I believe the present feminine oriented Western society will collapse and/or be blown away and then be replaced by a masculine oriented rebuilding that will strive for the betterment of humankind and a return of an understanding and implementation of the natural patriarchal structure. Western society will not be “fixed,” it will come down. Pisces resides in the 12th house, which is also known as the house of self-undoing, and Western man has with his own hands cast himself into destruction. Society will be rebuilt with Aquarian overtones. This is my brief gender interpretation of the transition that is taking place as we leave Pisces and enter Aquarius. Most likely you will not readily find a corroborating viewpoint for reasons that I have mentioned. Elder George 2-13-08
The word “change” has become the political incantation for the primaries. A realization has crept into the minds of the politicians that discontent with conditions and dissatisfaction with the government’s ability to resolve these conditions predominates the thinking of the populace. Therefore, those running for office chant the incantation “change” whenever possible at debates, rallies, and press conferences. Change from what to what however, seems to escape definition from the office seekers with the exception of Ron Paul. He would abolish the department of education and many other facets of government; end the war in Iraq, and in general end American involvement in the Middle East. How could he conceivably do these things? Does any person or organization ever willingly give up its fiefdom? Does any organization ever willingly dissolve itself? Does any organization willingly change? Ron Paul and his supporters—however well intentioned—delude themselves into thinking that the system that created this mess will resolve it. It can never happen. People asking the government to step out of their lives is like a slave asking the salve master for better working conditions; it will never happen. Another aspect requiring consideration is the expectation of men that change will be brought about from outside of themselves—a thought worst than delusional—it is self destructive and enslaving and will be addressed again later in this article. The other extreme from Ron Paul—Hillary Clinton—on the same day that she incants “change” proposes garnishing the wages of people who will not contribute to Medicare. To hell with those who believe in holistic medicine and who have taken care of their bodies and want no part of the medical-pharmaceutical oligarchy. Hillary stands for the complete domination of the individual by the state. She also emphasizes the empowerment of women, and at whose expense? Is that change? And what change does Mitt Romney propose after enacting mandatory health care in Massachusetts? He states that his first order of business as President would be to address the economy; I guess he believes in governmental control of everything as Hillary does. As I write this I learn that Romney has just dropped out of the race. That makes McCain the shoo in candidate, the same McCain that the never been a Republican Senator Lieberman continuously endorses. You know, that hawk on the war. Then there’s Obama that fresh and unsullied face in politics whose credentials have been approved by the lion of liberalism of the Democrat party, Senator Ted Kennedy. What change will there be? The Democrats still believe that the government should be all things to all people, and the Republicans will blow away any nation that doesn’t go along with them. That’s been the status quo for as long as most Americans have been alive. The same thinking that produced a problem cannot be used to solve the problem. Yet the American male has the blind faith or at least undiminished hope that this corrupt system will somehow right itself. He refuses to assert his masculinity to bring about change, for the reason that he is not in touch with it. He does not realize that when this physical universe was created, the universal principle of gender was created simultaneously in order for it to work. There can be but one assertive influence in the universe and that is the masculine principle. In humans that principle manifests as masculinity. Men can exercise that power or relinquish it; however, it cannot be passed on. To fill in the void when men relinquish their power governments step in—indeed are created to step in—to avert chaos. However, these governments will ultimately manifest impotence, for virility can only come form the male. Government cannot solve problems nor make change. The only change maker in humankind is the male, and by joining together with his fellow males he can make a unified effort that will bring about change outside of the system. This organization was named Men’s Action for the reason that it recognized that the only power is the masculine principle. It calls for action. The Rebuild Society came form the Book of Isaiah, which calls for us to rebuild on the old foundations and informs us that those who do will be known as the rebuilders. To those who understand the purpose and responsibility of manhood, Men’s Action to Rebuild Society provides you the vehicle through which to join with others and manifest your masculinity. There is no other place. None. Now is the time for you to step forward with you time, talents, and treasures and assert yourself to fulfill your God given responsibility of procreating and preserving the race. It is time to realize that all women and all children are your responsibility and not the governments. It is time to stand up and be counted as a man. Time is short my brothers; you are in the midst of the demise of Western civilization. You can either get sucked down with it or stand up and work with others to create what you understand to be right. E.G.
The effectiveness of personal contact in building an organization frequently goes un-noticed as more obvious forms of communication such as advertising, press releases, interviews, and publicity predominate our consciousness of the organization or product that it offers. These communicative efforts serve as adjuncts to the major impetus causing the organization or business to grow—customer satisfaction. Customers express their satisfaction by telling friends, co-workers, family, acquaintances, club members and other people within their sphere of influence about the quality and merits of the organization or product. We recommend doctors, dentists, and lawyers to people who we like and want to help. When many people start doing this for a particular professional they develop a positive reputation and they have an assurance of success as long as they maintain their standards. This word-of-mouth communication transcends the influence of advertising and other promotional efforts. We all have familiarity with big budget films that resulted in low box-office results, and low budget films that produced high box-office results. We have read the panning by critics of theater presentations only to find they resulted in standing room only accommodations. Word-of mouth accounted for the difference. Word-of-mouth makes and breaks organizations, businesses, and television programs; it represents the collective value structure of the people and their willingness to express it. I recently conducted a lecture in Harlem in which only four people attended. Two books and one set of booklets were purchased. One of the attendees invited me to a meeting of male authors the following week where I sold one book and made four more contacts. If we each a had month similar to that we would have sold 30 books, 10sets of booklets and made 40 new contacts for every 10 of our supporters. If we had a similar result every month we would have a substantial following by the end of the year. Personal contact produces results like that; it takes very little time yet is effective. The effect of those contacts goes well beyond the immediate result. Other people will peruse their books and booklets. They will log onto to our website and in turn might be motivated to order a book. I noticed that when Amazon.com first stocked my book they had 30 copies on hand. Now they have 21. These sales came from internet activity and from the thoughts of satisfied readers. Thoughts have wings—know this for a certainty. One day I will share with you how the spiritual internet altered my life. If you believe in something, you will want to share it with your sphere of influence. At my age I no longer have fellow alumni, professional associates or friends to contact; most everyone who I contact is a stranger. You all have a significant sphere of influence at work, at church, in your neighborhood, and in your club, gym, or spa. Go out and spread the word in whatever fashion is comfortable for you. You will be amazed at the readiness of people to invest in the book or booklets, especially if they trust in you. To properly promote this you must have at least one book and one set of booklets on had to present to others. It’s very easy. You will be doing the same thing as recommending, a doctor or a restaurant to a friend. The doctor charges a fee, the restaurant has a menu, and our book and booklets have sales prices. I ask that each one of you go out and spread the word. If you do it just once every two weeks, we will have a large membership by the end of the year. E.G.
